Look Anywhere else for a Car This dealership is ridiculous. Customer service seems like a completely foreign concept to them. First of all, as part of my negotiations to try to bu This dealership is ridiculous. Customer service seems like a completely foreign concept to them. First of all, as part of my negotiations to try to buy a car, they essentially told me point blank that they price their cars lower online to lure people in, and then up-sell them when they come in with the "Napleton Experience" for an additional $995. (Keep in mind that their own website claims that this is only an "$899 value"). They then claimed that it was their policy to charge extra for the Napleton Experience to "retain" used car customers, which feels more like holding customers hostage rather than actually retaining loyal customers. They also tried to charge me an additional $1,500 to have the car certified. After thinking we were getting close to a deal at the end of the night, I was told that I would be given a call the next morning. Much to my surprise, they didn't even attempt to call me the next morning like they had promised. I ended up having to reach out to them later in the day. At the end of the day, I'm still shopping for a car, but that's not what's making me upset. I've never really been a fan of the games you have to play as part of the car-buying experience in general, but this place, above all others, feels like they literally don't care about the buyer's experience at all. They actively employ lying and deceit to screw over their customers. More
