Bizarre Dealership I would rate this dealership a 3 out of 5 and I plan to never purchase another vehicle from Ed Napleton Honda. My experience tells me that Ed Napleto I would rate this dealership a 3 out of 5 and I plan to never purchase another vehicle from Ed Napleton Honda. My experience tells me that Ed Napleton Honda is interested in a 5 Star Award and also sees their customers for their wallets. I had a number of 'surprises' while purchasing the vehicle. 1. After I purchased the vehicle I was taken to another sales person to hear their pitch on why I needed to purchase this material over the paint of my car. The salesperson told me that the EPA forces Honda to put an inferior paint on the car and that by purchasing this product I would have a decent paint job. 2. They informed that I was purchasing the Napleton Experience which included two years worth of free oil changes. About three weeks after the purchase I received a phone call offering me an oil change for only $39.99 on my new truck. I just paid for 2 years of free oil changes, What is going on here? At that time the caller asked if I wanted to be removed from the phone list. Yes, I do. 3. I left a message of inquiry about new vehicles before I bought. I received two phone calls and six e-mails and called up Ed Napleton to tell them enough is enough. 4. I would ask for certain things that other dealerships I have worked with in the past (Seeger Toyota, Pappas Toyota) and there would be no problem. With Ed Napleton, I would get blank stares and they would have to research it. These issues involved picking up the vehicle a few days after we made the deal. In conclusion, there was some 'interesting' behavior at this dealership and I don't really trust this dealership. The only reason I went here was because it was the only Honda dealership within 25 miles of where I live that had any of the vehicles I was interested in. More

The buying experience with Ed napleton was very pleasant. This company was the only one that was willing to work with us and help us aquire a new vehicle that we really wanted.
