Told me the Napleton "Xperience" is included in the vehicle price. After refusing it twice they added it anyway ($1000). Added a 2 year bumper to bumper without asking ($2000). Did not include my sales vehicle price. After refusing it twice they added it anyway ($1000). Added a 2 year bumper to bumper without asking ($2000). Did not include my sales tax like i asked. Took $250 off my trade in value without telling me. Did not give me a copy of my buyers order until i walked in and asked for it in person. Then told me they would remedy it. Its been 3 months and they have done nothing to fix what they did. This place is a cess pool of scammers who are scamming fellow Americans. Zero integrity, zero business ethic, absolute garbage. More
