Highly disorganized, waste of time My partner made an appointment several days in advance to test drive a used Honda Fit. The day before his appointment, he received three separate phon My partner made an appointment several days in advance to test drive a used Honda Fit. The day before his appointment, he received three separate phone calls from the dealership, no messages left. He called back to ask what was up; no one he spoke to could tell him why they called. He received a text from the dealer confirming the appointment, and replied confirming that he looks forward to driving the car. We arrived at 9:15am and were told the car was at a different lot and it would be a half hour because they had to send someone to pick it up (we could have gone to this different lot, if we'd been told it was there!). They persuade us to drive a new Fit in the meantime. We finish and tell the dealer some things we didn't like about that particular model (sport) vs. things we appreciate about the other model of the used car made the appointment to drive. She could have easily persuaded us to test drive a new model with the features we were looking for, but she clearly didn't care about what we're interested in. 45 minutes later, the dealer tells us, 'Sorry, the car (that you made the appointment days in advance to see) is dirty, and so it needs to be cleaned, but the cleaners are closed because it's Saturday. You'll have to come back Monday.' My partner goes back on Monday, finally gets to drive it, puts $500 refundable deposit down because even though the dealership service was total crap, we like the car and it's a good deal. Meanwhile, I find a Prius at another dealership where a dealer treats me with respect, is actually interested in what we want, and the car gets better mileage. We decide to buy that car instead, because we want to patron a dealership who earned our business. I returned in person to Ed Napleton to ask for our deposit to be refunded. Waited 20 minutes to talk with the dealer, who asked why we chose another car. I shared that we had a negative experience with Ed Napleton, and she proceeded to argue with me, telling me that I need to understand we couldn't drive the car because of the inclement weather. The day of our test drive appointment was sunny and warm! Next I'm told, "Oh, I'm sorry, the bank is closed today so your deposit will be refunded Monday." It is now 5 business days later, and our deposit has not yet been refunded. Don't waste your time on this dealership, they are not trustworthy and will do nothing but waste your time and money. More

I met Ian and Darwin at Kia and spoke about my concerns and what I was looking for as I still was not 100% set. He showed me a Kia Forte and while I liked the looks and it is a very nice car, it just was not for me. I ended up following them to the Honda location, and Claire provided both a great buying and service experience, which is why I drove 100 miles to purchase my vehicle. She was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about my Honda Civic Touring. Unlike two dealerships I was at beforehand, Claire was very easy to work with and was not a high-pressure salesperson. She was not only on point with what I wanted, the price I was willing to pay, and what I wanted for my vehicle. Being that this was 100 miles away, she mentioned a warranty plan, but understanding how far away I lived, she realized it was not a good fit. I know on my husband's next purchase, we will go down to Ed Napleton again and work with Claire. I liked her attitude, and she made the process very quick as I did have to turn around and drive back to Columbia. She even texted me to ensure I made it home safe, answered a couple of quick questions I had regarding the vehicle, and told me if I had anything else pop up to get a hold of her. More
Aaron was great. I arrived 2-3 minutes early for my appointment to get 3 recalls and an oil change done on my Accord. He took my info really quick and then had the shuttle driver take me back to my hou appointment to get 3 recalls and an oil change done on my Accord. A few hours later, he called me to inform the work was completed and he sent the shuttle driver back out to my house. I didn’t get the shuttle drivers name but he was super nice as well. Overall a 10/10 experience!! More

Very knowledgable of the all service needed Aaron was very helpful in setting up my needed service, He had me ride with the technician who explained the aspects of the low profile tire rough ri Aaron was very helpful in setting up my needed service, He had me ride with the technician who explained the aspects of the low profile tire rough ride which is common with the low profile tire, Unless you are on a very smooth road, you will feel the constant small vibration which after a 2 hour ride is significant in that you feel the need to get out and walk a bit. It certainly is not the smooth ride of earlier vehicles with the normal higher profile tire. Thanks again Aaron for the information needed to update the navigation display. More
