Saved my Vacation Leaving on vacation tomorrow morning and quickly decided to duck into Ed Napleton Honda to see if they could help me remove the console drawer in my Leaving on vacation tomorrow morning and quickly decided to duck into Ed Napleton Honda to see if they could help me remove the console drawer in my Honda Odyssey. I could not figure out how to remove the drawer. I had lost the credit card I needed for my trip and feared it had dropped behind the console drawer. Tiny and Jada quickly came over to assist. Definitely a design flaw but with great commitment and perseverance they were able to remove the drawer and retrieve everything that had fallen behind it. Unfortunately when Tiny scooped everything out of the cavity we did not see the credit card that I needed to use for my vacation. He left the drawer out so I could clean things up and unbeknownst to Tiny and Jada, the credit card was there. It had gotten scooped out under some other papers/trash . I am so grateful that they were kind enough to help me even though it was a very very frustrating challenge. Tiny did not give up even though it is definitely a design flaw that there is not an easily accessible release. They were certainly up to the challenge. What a great team of employees. You saved my vacation and didn’t even know it. You guys have some really great people working there thank you for sharing them with me yesterday. More

It was amazing customer service but lacked elsewhere I had amazing customer service. Everyone was very helpful and polite to me. That being said I will note the car I purchased had passed inspection thro I had amazing customer service. Everyone was very helpful and polite to me. That being said I will note the car I purchased had passed inspection through their dealership. The tires have good tread on them, but there is a dent in the tire about the size of a quarter and it’s around 1/8-1/4 of an inch deep. Once I noticed the hole I didn’t feel 100% safe driving my car. And I’m now looking at replacing all 4 tires. More
