Super knowledgeable about the car I was interested in, very transparent with the process, and not pushy at all. Alex really made me feel like they valued my business, which went a LONG way! The finance guys got me approved for a great rate and made sure I was comfortable with it before proceeding with my purchase. Dan in Finance was also a super stand-up guy. He explained all the forms I signed, and kept the process quick, easy, and painless. After my experiences at other dealerships, I was astounded at how willing they were to work with me and am SO grateful for their help. I definitely recommend them! We had been looking f I received excellent service at Ed Napleton Honda of St Peters. It began before I even entered their facility. Let me explain. We had been looking for a vehicle by specific make and model and found one through USAA vehicle buyer program. I was immediately contacted by sales staff who made an appointment that was agreeable to my schedule. When I arrived their with my family, we were immediately greeted by the General Manager Tom who introduced us to the sales staff that would be assisting us with our purchased - that was Michael Bell. He was genuinely friendly and clearly was devoted to making our purchase as smooth as possible. The vehicle was already pulled up front were we could look it over. Michael went through the vehicle bumper to bumper. He was very knowledgeable about the features and was thorough in explaining and demonstrating them to my entire family including our inquisitive twelve year old. The test drive went well and the vehicle was more than we expected. Through the whole process, which of course involved waiting, Michael was ever attentive to us and we never felt ignored or abandoned. Like all sales, it ends with a trip through finance to conclude the sale. Dan was very polite and took time to explain all the "paperwork" involved which we appreciated very much. An overall outstanding operation with staff to match. Will definitely return! More
Great Service Today I took my car into the dealership to check my back tire.
