Truly No-Hassle Last night we purchased a new car from Napleton Honda. We first visited several dealers 2 days prior as we wanted to drive several different brands to compare. In addition to Honda, we drove VW, Kia, and Hyundai Saturday. Prior to returning to Napleton Honda last night we drove a Mazda and visited a Nissan dealer. After driving all of these, we had two front runners. Ultimately, we chose Honda due to how we were treated Saturday by Aaron Roberts. He understood our needs and understood we wanted to compare brands. He and one other were the ONLY ones that did not try and "SELL" us with pushy sales tactics. He helped us achieve "our" goals, not his. The other dealers, forced a manager on us to try and convert us even though we told the salesperson we were going to drive others. When picking between the two brands we liked it was Aaron that was the deciding factor. More

I've talked to the Napleton dealership, talked to Honda regional that I no longer own this vehicle but I am still getting these mailings. In my opinion this should be a simple issue to resolve. The Juke I worked with Jamie when I first went by to look at the Juke. Jamie was great, she showed me the car and what some of the features were. When I ret I worked with Jamie when I first went by to look at the Juke. Jamie was great, she showed me the car and what some of the features were. When I returned to test drive the Juke, I Meet Aaron. I purchased my last vehicle 15 years ago. The purchasing process was a little different then. Aaron was great to work with and made the process as painless as possible. I am very glad that I was able to work with someone as positive and helpful as Aaron. Unfortunately I had to return the car the next day as there was a nail in the tire. I was worried that the process would be a hassle as I had just purchased the car and I was not in the computer yet. Tim in service took car of it all. Best customer service I have ever had. Tim kept me informed the whole time. More
