We first visited several dealers 2 days prior as we wanted to drive several different brands to compare. In addition to Honda, we drove VW, Kia, and Hyundai Saturday. Prior to returning to Napleton Honda last night we drove a Mazda and visited a Nissan dealer. After driving all of these, we had two front runners. Ultimately, we chose Honda due to how we were treated Saturday by Aaron Roberts. He understood our needs and understood we wanted to compare brands. He and one other were the ONLY ones that did not try and "SELL" us with pushy sales tactics. He helped us achieve "our" goals, not his. The other dealers, forced a manager on us to try and convert us even though we told the salesperson we were going to drive others. When picking between the two brands we liked it was Aaron that was the deciding factor. More

I've talked to the Napleton dealership, talked to Honda regional that I no longer own this vehicle but I am still getting these mailings. In my opinion this should be a simple issue to resolve.
