Another thing I love about Ed Napleton Honda is the service perks you get after the sale. Oil changes for a year, free car washes, roadside service... Check them out. And if you go, ask for Darwin. Napleton Dealerships are the worst. I have an older Honda Civic that is being recalled for a new airbag.. this was my second attempt to get it fixed with Ed Napleton Honda and it was an I have an older Honda Civic that is being recalled for a new airbag.. this was my second attempt to get it fixed with Ed Napleton Honda and it was an absolute waste of my time... I was told to drop it off Friday night, would be taken in first thing and ready by 9:30 Saturday morning. That's what we did, arranged my husband to get us from the dealership that night and was expecting a call at 9:30 10:00 saying your car is ready. I show up at 10:00 to see what's going on and my car was not even touched. Still parked where I left it.. When you say your car will be done I would expect my car to be ready.. Having three kids both of us work and 1 car does not cut it! That's why we dropped it off Friday night to have it ready before the start of our Saturday. This is a recall a defective part of the car it needs to get fixed per Honda. My brother in law dropped his off with another Honda, they gave him a rent a car for his troubles had the car for two days.. I show up to I'm sorry your car is not ready I'm sorry it has not even been touched. I will be taking my business to another dealership and will not be returning for anything.!! I'm sure you can tell that this is not my first encounter with Napleton dealerships. The Kia Napleton was rude and very unprofessional as well. Thank you for nothing and wasting my time!! More

Thank You Ken Culver was my salesman who helped me purchase my 2017 Honda Accord LX. He also helped me in 2012 purchase my previous car. - Honda Civic LX. Ken i Ken Culver was my salesman who helped me purchase my 2017 Honda Accord LX. He also helped me in 2012 purchase my previous car. - Honda Civic LX. Ken is incredibly patient in helping me choose between a Civic or an Accord. When I decided on the Accord then came the steps on negotiating a price for my trade in. Ken was patient enough to break everything down for me more than once and answer all of my questions. When we finally agreed on a trade in price, I test drove the car again and he answered all of my questions and also stayed and showed me all of the accessories that the car came with and how it worked. I did this Process without my dad bc being female I was certain that I would not get a fair deal. When I showed my dad the breakdown of EVER he was actually very pleasantly pleased with everything and had no feedback bc Ken covered everything. If I were to EVER come back I would definitely call and have Ken wait on me. Great job once again, Ken. More

In fact, I've recently moved out of the state and when I need an oil change, tire rotation, or any other maintenance service, I plan a trip back to St. Charles just to have my work done there. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. I often have Annette as my service person and she's so great at explaining everything to me! She lets me know what work needs to be done, what will be coming soon, and any new concerns they have found with my car. I feel like she cares about my car as much as I do! I can't imagine going anywhere else. More
