Excellent all around! Took my car to Ed Napleton Honda to have a repair done. A service advisor took care of me right away even though I did not have an apppintment. I was told that my repair would take 90 to 120 mins. I was even notified that my car had a recall that they could take care of at the same time. Perfect! My car was ready in under 2 hours. My service advisor very professional and helpful. She took the time to go over all the details with me regarding the repairs. Excellent service! Couldn't be happier! worst service ever I made an appointment, came in and I said I need a new cylinder lock for my honda fit. They wrote me up, looked at the car for ten minutes (took nothi I made an appointment, came in and I said I need a new cylinder lock for my honda fit. They wrote me up, looked at the car for ten minutes (took nothing apart) and told me it would be $610 to replace the door lock cylinder. I said that was too much. They responded with well you will have to pay the $150 diagnostic fee. unbelievable. More
