We were met by Frank Lincoln, who proceeded to take us through one of the most p In May of 2014, we went looking for a new Subaru at Shults of Warren. We were met by Frank Lincoln, who proceeded to take us through one of the most pleasant and informative car buying experiences I can remember. I told Frank that I wasn't ready to purchase, that I was just checking around to see who would give me the best deal. After talking, he never pressured the deal. Ed Shults was the second dealer I went to and I must say, I was very impressed. It's so common to run into an "obnoxious" car salesman who only wants to get you to buy so he can get his commission as fast as possible. Frank proved to be a wonderful exception to this label. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the Subaru, which is one of the reasons I returned to Warren. Frank has an awesome, very friendly demeanor. His attention to my wants was impeccable. I've dealt with many car salesmen and Frank was very nice and truthful the whole time we talked. He is very effective at his job. I know Frank would not have agreed on our deal if he, and the dealer, were losing money, so his truthfulness is a great asset. A salesman's reputation is one of his primary assets!
