Today I went to Ed Voyles Chrysler Dodge to pursue a Dodge Challenger as a first time buyer. This was my first experience financing a vehicle. I was completely blown away by the expertise, friendliness, customer service, and overall experience. Jeremy and Frank were very supportive to my needs, they made everything clear and understandable. I felt they were really working for me to get me into the vehicle i liked, and made sure to keep cost within my comfort zone. I love my new car, and i just want to thank Jeremy, Frank and the remainder of the Ed Voyles staff for creating a great customer experience. More
Would give 0 stars, if possible. Save your time and visit the Canton, GA Jeep Dealership! Ed Voyles wasted our time and tried wasting our money!!! Didn't appreciate their laugh at our offer, after spending 2 hours sticking to our original offer. Got the deal we wanted PLUS SOME without any of their help. They do not care about the customer, only about their mark up. More
Royce Worley was the best. After searching for dealers on the web and visiting a dealer close to my house, I was very upset with the quality of service and the 'old way' of let's make a deal car buying. on the web and visiting a dealer close to my house, I was very upset with the quality of service and the 'old way' of let's make a deal car buying. Royce was upfront, honest, knowledgeable and low pressure. I equated buying a car like going to the dentist, not any more. Kudos to Royce as I drove away in my brand new jeep cherokee. To put the icing on the cake, when I went to that dreaded "little room" where they try to sell you all the extended warranties, etc. I met Frank Sobeck who also was low pressure and was able to combine a long term warranty with a lower interest rate. on top of that, after I got home, he emailed me saying he researched a better deal after I left. All of this was unheard of to me in buying a car. I know I typed more than 25 words, but 25 wasn't enough to fully explain the pleasant experience I received st Ed Voyles Jeep in Marietta. More
Joshua was great to work with. I live 3 hours away in Southwest Georgia so it was important to me to be able to have everything taken care of and ready to sign upon arrival and it was. No games on the n Southwest Georgia so it was important to me to be able to have everything taken care of and ready to sign upon arrival and it was. No games on the new vehicle sales price and received a fair value for my trade. I could do with out the extended warranty push but realize it's part of the business. Overall my experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend Joshua and plan to work with him in the future when the need arises. More

In search for a 2012 4dr Wrangler with specific options, I came across the Ed Voyles website via Jeep.com dealer inventory search. They had what I wanted but the dealership is in Georgia and I am in Massac I came across the Ed Voyles website via Jeep.com dealer inventory search. They had what I wanted but the dealership is in Georgia and I am in Massachusetts. Apprehensive on attempting to negotiate a favorable deal via web, I proceeded nonetheless. This proved to be a good decision. The e-commerce manager Joshua Mooney made the deal happen... and smoothly to boot. Emails were answered quickly and direct. They were also very competitive in their financing options. Long story short, my Wrangler was shipped to me in a couple of days and all is good in the world. Thanks to all at Ed Voyles. More
Would highly recommend! Royce's product knowledge was terrific and was very professional. Price was great with no haggle/hassle. We had a hiccup installing a few aftermarket accessories on the Wrangler terrific and was very professional. Price was great with no haggle/hassle. We had a hiccup installing a few aftermarket accessories on the Wrangler but Ed Voyles stood behind their word and made everything right in the end. I left a very happy customer. They even took time to show me how to remove the hard top. Then I drove the Jeep back down to the dealership and the sales staff assembled the soft top for me which saved me a ton of time. GREAT JOB ON CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A-Z!!! Would highly recommend!!! More
These dealership is outstanding. They worked with me when the dealerships here in Indiana wouldn't. That's right, I purchased my 2011 Rubicon from this dealership without having ever met them. Think about it the dealerships here in Indiana wouldn't. That's right, I purchased my 2011 Rubicon from this dealership without having ever met them. Think about it a dealership 450 miles away worked with me and help work the details when one here 9 miles away wouldn't. They saved me close to $3500.00 dollars with sells tax and all. It took a less than a week and its sitting in my drive now. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to be treated right and not have to deal with the typical change and switch of other dealers and sales people. They rate #1 with me. Great experience! Very knowledgeable sales force & financial people. My online contact was ready to show me the specific vehicle when I walked in the door. (to the point of having the key in hand.) STAY AWAY!!! Talk about your typical Used Car Dealer. First off the 1 good thing I will say is that my salesperson Daniel Reece was a great guy to work with and worked hard and did not play typical games First off the 1 good thing I will say is that my salesperson Daniel Reece was a great guy to work with and worked hard and did not play typical games. You will have a great experience with him. I highly recommend him. However when you get to Finance you will have to deal with a crooked, slime ball, that is your typical Used Care Finance guy Steve Williams, he pushes you and hard sells you and will not take No for an answer, he also will lie to your face and do the opposite in writing. Tried to tell me my credit was so bad it demanded a very high interest rate and basically I should be kissing his feet that he can get it down to 17.9% told me not to worry and I took the car home. The next day it was total game play. He said he would call by 12p with an answer, I had to call him 3 times to get a hold of him, he tells me now 1p I leave messages and finally get a manager who promises he will have him call me but is in a sales meeting. 2:30p I get a call and he lies tell me he had to meet with the bankers. Really the banks come to a used car lot now? Was this before or after your sales meeting your boss told me you were in. I am told give him a couple days now. I can see where this is headed so I say I am bringing the car back and picking up my trade in as I am not going to play the game where you get me to fall in love with the car then come back with some crazy finance offer thinking Ill just bend over and take it. I get there and Steve Williams says just give me 24 more hours keep the car, were going to give you another $1000-$1500 for your trade in. I say fair enough re-write the contract stating that and Ill sign and wait it out. Immediately he has someone get the keys to my vehicle and backtracks on how they are not sure they can do that they were just going to try. So I said you pushed the $900 GAP Insurance on me, take that out of the contract and that's $900 off what needs to be financed So my old car arrives, I feel maybe I was to harsh so I say ok well if you NEED my car here so it can be looked over to see if you can get more Ill do it. He then says "No they will do whatever we tell them to do for adding more value we really don't need the car here" and tells me to take my car back. He then says call him tomorrow and he will have it all worked out. Next day---HE IS OFF FOR THE DAY! Basically when I would not bend over and play these games for him he stops searching for financing and tells me that they could not find a bank that would finance me. Guess what I go to another dealership and not only do they FIND me financing with one of the SAME banks that Ed Voyles says would not finance me at but at an APR 13-15% LESS than Steve said I would be "Lucky" to get and the BEST they could do. Your best bet is to search out and find another Dealership and IF you must deal with this dealer make sure you ask for Daniel Reece and make sure you REFUSE to work with Steve Williams. More
