If I have to describe the sales team of this dealership in one word, I'll say LIAR. We went to this dealership because we were promised a certain price for a Honda Odyssey. I called twice to confirm the price before we went. Once we were there, we were told they would not honor the price. We then asked if they could match a price we got from another dealer, which is slightly higher they what they originally offered and we have on a piece of paper, they said no. We left. On our way home, while we are about 10 miles away, they called us and said they would honor the slightly higher price and would we please go back. We went back. I dropped my husband off and left once the paperwork was started because we have small kids to take care of. Once I left, seeing my husband would need to drive the new car back home, they changed their price again. They would not offer the slightly higher price!!! They wanted to charge $300 more! It's okay if they won't give me a deal. It's NOT okay that they would call us back claiming to give me a deal and then told me they would not. My time and energy, also gas wasted on driving back, means nothing to them. I ended up going back for a 3rd time to pick up my husband. I probably should mention as we were walking out, they called us back once again, saying they would work with us. Eh, thanks, no thanks!!! The sales force of this dealership knew nothing about honesty and integrity. Shame on Ed Voyles Honda! More

I came in for service because the driver's side window on my Honda Element was stuck open. I was in a bind because I was supposed to drive to St. Marys that day for the start of BRAG (Bicycle Ride window on my Honda Element was stuck open. She got it in to be diagnosed right away, checked on parts availability and made sure I was good to go in less than two hours. Chad was the technician who made quick work of the job and made sure my car was cleaned up. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, you've earned a customer for life! More

He did not pressure us to go beyond our budget and once we made our decision he stayed after hours to make sure everything was completed. I had found a Honda Pilot in Nashville with a nice dealer discount so I called Ed Voyles to see if they would match the price and got connected to Matt Clark. Very friendly and knowledgable, asked s few questions and said he would get with the sales manager and ask if they would match. Called back in 10 minutes and said no problem. Made an appointment and sure enough they had the right vehicle, agreed to the price and also accommodated my desire to pick the vehicle up 5 days later so I could surprise my wife for Mother's Day. He was very efficient and pleasant working through all the paperwork so when I picked it up on Sunday all I had to do was give them the check. Car was detailed and ready to go. All in all a very pleasant an uneventful buying experience and I would highly recommend Matt if you are in the market for a Honda! More
