Needed 30k service and warranty repair, they are close to my office so I wanted to save some time. Made appt and dropped off. Car was done fast but I noticed my bill was high. When I brought it to the cashiers attention she had me speak with Mr. Sweet. He told me it was my fault I had not told my service advisor this car was still in warranty (2 more yrs) and that they deserved to be paid for their work. I had heard about this repair through an online group and he also told me they were wrong it is not a warranty repair- Even though the TSB he brought up on screen said it is and can even be done as a goodwill for out of warranty cars. Very condescending attitude to a paying customer. I did tell them it was a warranty repair when I made my appointment, they did not record that, only what service was to be done. Ed Voyles has been auctioning a Honda Civic on Ebay lately which has body damage. I had already looked at the vehicle on their lot and recognized it. They have apparently purposely taken some of the pictures to make it hard to see some of the damage and worse do not show any pictures of the passenger side of the vehicle where there's damage on the front and rear fenders. Anyone who has looked at vehicles on ebay, notice there are many pictures posted of each vehicle from honest sellers to show you every angle and body part to make sure you are aware of the condition of the vehicle since all you have are those pictures to make a bid on (besides Carfax). For pictures to be absent of the main area of damage for a vehicle could be a case of gross incompetence by the person posting the ad, or could be far worse. Say it isn't so. A car dealer possibly hiding something. To put icing on the cake, they were asking above NADA "clean retail" for it. More

I very strongly urge anyone in the lookout for a new vehicle to keep a safe distance from Ed Voyles Honda. I was in the market for a new 2008 Honda CR-V EX-L. I had received several quotes from area vehicle to keep a safe distance from Ed Voyles Honda. I was in the market for a new 2008 Honda CR-V EX-L. I had received several quotes from area dealers. I called Ed Voyles Honda to get a quote and was given an excellent price. I was asked to give my credit card information so they can use it charge $500/- deposit to ensure I get the deal. Instead of giving the credit card over phone, I faxed in the information outlining the exact cost of the purchase and that I was authorizing them to charge the deposit amount to my credit card provided that I am able to drive out the vehicle that very day for the cost mentioned in the letter. After receiving my fax, I got a phone call from the sales agent, Mike Guzman, saying that one of the managers do not want to do the deal. But since he offered the price to me, he will still honor it provided I come closer to closing when the manager would not be around. I agreed to this. 2 hours later, Mike, the sales guy, calls again to inform that there is no deal as his second manager also was not acceptable to the deal. At this point, I told Mike that I was very disappointed in the whole process. Mike then mentioned that he has new numbers that he has approval of. I asked him to fax and email me that information to make sure that there are no new surprises. He faxed and emailed the information more than an hour later. Even this time, there was a discrepancy in what he had led me to believe over phone and what was in the fax and email. At this point, I did not feel like pursuing this any further with this dealer and wrote back to Mike saying that there are still discrepancies in his latest offer. Today, Mike called again asking me for my response. I told him that I am no longer interested in pursuing the purchase thro’ his dealership. I asked him to make sure that he reverses the deposit, if he has already charged. To this, he told me that the advance amount is not refundable. If it does show up as a charge on my credit card, I will have to pursue this further with my credit card company. More

I recently discovered through a CarFax report that the “New” car that I purchased from Ed Voyles Honda had been sold as “New” even though it was in a car accident prior to me purchasing it. The dealership did not disclose the accident to me during the purchase. I took the CarFax and Police report to the General Manager Pete Richards to discuss the situation. Pete Richards informed me that he was aware of the car accident and said they did not have to disclose this information to me when I was purchasing the car. Buyers should be aware of this business practice and look elsewhere when purchasing any car from Ed Volyes. More

I was going to buy a Honda from them last Wednesday. The salesman told me the price was $31000.00 + tax or $495.00 + tax for a 36 month lease. When I went to sign on the dotted line they changed the price t salesman told me the price was $31000.00 + tax or $495.00 + tax for a 36 month lease. When I went to sign on the dotted line they changed the price to $32300.00 + tax or $720.00 a month + tax without any notice. I was livid to say the least. The manager came over to me and said: I don't care about your problems, do you want the car or not? I told him, xxxx NO and a few other choice words. I went out to get my stuff out of the Ridgeline and I was so mad that I threw my half drinken Sprite in the floorboard and stomped on it. They called the police and told them I kicked a dent in the truck and that i shook up a full can of Sprite and sprayed it all over the car. Commander Joe Duvall from the Marietta Police called me and told me that if i did not pay them over $900.00 for the damages, he will have me arrested. This is the worst experience i have ever had with a car dealership. I will never buy, do business with nor recommend anyone to do business with at Ed Voyles. More

Stay Away from this place!!! I have a 2000 Honda Acrod that had no issues. I took care of the car as my own child. All service was done by Honda. This past year I had to move because of work and this dealership is the close one to the house. After taking the car here for service the first time I found a flat tire at pick up. They said I had to pay to replace the tire. Next I took it for a 45,000 mile service. After this now when I fill up gas, the marker never gets to full. Spoke with the service manager who said he would charge me $40 to look at whats wrong. He transfered the call to a service rep and rep said just to look is $80. Service manager said he never quoted me $40. I took my car and RAN. PLEASE TRUST what I am saying and stay away from this place. More

You just cannot afford to take his word for later he will try and deny it...<br><br>Our Credit union had approved us for a certain amount to finance a car. When we brought this amount to the dealership, at the end of the entire ordeal and knowing how much we had been approved off, the price was bumped up. The sales manager gave us his word that even though the Union does not agree to the said amount they would agree if we presented them the buyers order. We were to sign a check for that amount and swoop it with the Credit Union check. This, Ed Voyles call a SIGN OF A SERIOUS BUYER. His words were "Credit unions do this all the time."<br><br>He ASSURED REPEATEDLY us that if we took the car and the Union does not approve the new amount and cut us a check we would just need to return the car, get back our check back NO STRING ATTACHED. Yah right!<br><br>The Credit Union did NOT agree to the new price. They told us that the car had been overpriced. When we tried returning the car, they threatened to bank our check not take back the car (even when they promised not to back our check). <br><br>This was EXPRESSLY ASSURED TO US MY MR. RODNEY...<br><br>The sales man that we dealt with knew almost nothing about the car.
