I was referred to Don Marlowe at Ed Voyles Honda by a dear friend's father. I had not purchased a car in 10 years and was apprehensive about the process. I was specific about the color I wanted, and he went to great lengths to find my preferred color and had it in the dealership within a week. I also had dealer-installed leather put in the car and that was done within a day and it looks and smells wonderful. When it came time to sign paperwork, the papers were in order and followed the specifics and numbers we had previously agreed on. My Accord was totalled, so we wanted to replace it with the CR-V. We went to the dealership on Sunday and were assisted by David. This dealership did not have the color vehichle that we wanted, nor were they willing to negotiate on price. The lowest price they were willing to give us on the car we wanted was 26,700 and David told us that there was only 1 car in the color we wanted in the state. After he refused to negotiate with us, we went to Gwinnett Place Honda. We worked with a salesman named Joseph, who gave us a complete overview of Honda motors AND the vehichle we wanted. They also had several of the car we wanted in the color we wanted and at the price we wanted to pay. We gave the sale and commission to Joseph. We have had work done at the Ed Voyles Collision Center in the past and they are great, top of the line, and awesome at what they do. We are in the market for another car and we will NEVER shop at Ed Voyles again. More

We needed a new car for our son as he was heading off to college out of state. we decided on a Honda and went to Ed Voyles Honda where we met David Kozarich. Don Marlowe is a true professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him and the dealership to my friends. While I was there, I had the priviledge of meeting the general manager, Pete Richards, and the Ge to recommend him and the dealership to my friends. While I was there, I had the priviledge of meeting the general manager, Pete Richards, and the General Sales Manager, John Schibi. I was treated like I was a close friend of all, although this was my first experience with them. As I was waiting for Don to bring my car for my test drive, the receptionist, Linda, was so friendly, even offering water or coffee to me. I feel as though I have friends there. We all like to be known where we spend money and this experience made me feel important. The car is great! So sorry that Hondas last so long! I really enjoyed being in the dealership and the whole experience. More

Beware of this dealer! They reneged on the deal for a three month subscription for SiriusXM Radio. My salesman also began to yell at me in the parking lot after the Sirius XM was installed and called me three month subscription for SiriusXM Radio. Great experience. As we all no most of us would rather have our teeth pulled than vist a car dealership. But as luck would have it my 1996 Honda with over 250,000 miles was starting to show her age. I narrowed it down to 3 cars and visted the first two dealerships with Ed Voyles being my last as my day was getting long and I was brutally abused by the first two. I reluctantly pulled into Honda. And as luck would have it Gabe greated me. He was not over aggressive and he listened to my wants and all my needs.. He was very impressive as he didn't bore me with info but you could tell he listened to me because all of his high points was the things I cared about most. If you are looking for a GREAT Salesman that makes you feel he has your best interest at hand and not just your checkbook than give GABE a call!!!!!!!!!! More
