Been Coming Here For Years! My daughter just bought a used car, which had some issues. We did indeed get the extended warranty, which was lucky for us! Recall & Oil Change Had yet another recall for air bags in my Honda Fit. Either the second or third, Easy appointment and had oil changed. Finished in less time than quoted, only about 1.5 hours total. Nice personnel. Dealership is still undergoing remodeling so the bathrooms are in a mobile trailer. Good coffee. Was able to sit away from the annoying daytime television droning on and on. Overall good experience. More

Service Dept. I received prompt courteous service when I entered the service area. I had an appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation. An all points inspe I received prompt courteous service when I entered the service area. I had an appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation. An all points inspection was completed, and I was informed that I needed an air filter and a cabin filter. My car was ready in about an hour. I received courteous service during my checkout as well. I am pleased with the service that I receive at Ed Voyles Honda. More
