He helped me understand the pros and cons of the features I was looking at (ex. Navi vs. Apple Car Play), and located the vehicle I wanted. The car I purchased wasn't at the Voyles dealership, so we had to wait a few days for it to arrive. I was happy to wait, and especially pleased that Don didn't try to steer me to another car that was already on the lot just to move me along.
