I consider that above and beyond and we really appreciate the extra effort. We live super close to you guys and this is our 4th Honda. I am sure there will be a 5th.. as I have four children... quickly approaching driving age... so the odds of a 6th, 7th, and 8th is pretty high... ... Everything gets three stars... I am giving price 4 starts not because I don't think I got a good deal... but because we always want to spend less money for everything right? This better not effect Dannie and Greg! More

Excellent Service Experience I made an appointment for service on my 2012 Honda Odyssey with Steve Bryars, When I arrived, he listened to my needs, made recommendations, and clea I made an appointment for service on my 2012 Honda Odyssey with Steve Bryars, When I arrived, he listened to my needs, made recommendations, and clearly described all procedures and charges. I left my car over night and Steve called me the next morning about 9 am to say that my car had been repaired and was ready for pickup. In addition to the recall repairs , he had had the front end brake noise checked as well as the doing a brake pad inspection on all wheels. He said there were no irregularities and there was plenty of pad left on the disks. When I picked my car that afternoon, Steve personally walked me to the cashier to verify that all repairs were covered under the recall. The Steve call today as a follow up to make sure that all issues had been address properly. I have kept his card and will ask for him the next time I bring my car in for service. I was totally satisfied with the service and professional attention I received at Ed Voyles Honda. More
