Flawless experience, like the days when Saturn existed! Alex Julka was the sales associate that was recommended to me by a student of mine that purchased a 2017 Honda CRV about a month or so before I purcha Alex Julka was the sales associate that was recommended to me by a student of mine that purchased a 2017 Honda CRV about a month or so before I purchased mine on 1.24.18. I never felt pressured to buy or else I would have walked right out of the dealership. I abhor high pressure sales tactics. This is why my last vehicle I purchased on Aug. 30, 2006 was a 2006 Saturn Vue. I bought and/or leased 5 Saturn vehicles from 1997-2006. Buying a Saturn vehicle was like going to the mall to buy a t-shirt....easy as can be. I loved the Saturn dealership and was sad when they all closed. They treated their customers like kings and queens. On Jan 2, my fiancé was involved in an automobile accident that unfortunately totaled my 11 year old Saturn Vue. So, left with no choice my fiancé and I began looking for the best rated SUV on the market for the money. It came down to two vehicles in my price range...The Honda CRV and The Mazda CX-5. The Honda won out. One of my students had just purchased a new Honda CRV and was lucky enough to have Alex Julka as her sales associate. When I told her I was looking at getting a CRV she called Alex and let him know. Alex was a God send!!! I felt like I was back at the Saturn Dealership and among family. Alex is friendly, extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle my fiancé and I purchased and never once pressured us to buy. He even told us that he “comes with the vehicle purchase”, LOL, meaning that if/when we have questions about our vehicle or it’s operating systems to call him and he’ll be happy to walk us through any or all of it. Greg, (sorry but I don’t know his last name) was our finance officer and he was just as terrific. I sure hope that Ed Voyles Honda appreciates these two EXCEPTIONAL EMPLOYEES because my fiancé and I sure do!!! Purchasing a car from Ed Voyles with these two gentlemen was as smooth of a buying experience as anyone can ever hope to have and reminded me of the days I would walk into Saturn and trade up to the next vehicle every 3 years. I will DEFINITELY RECOMMEND these two gentlemen and Ed Voyles Honda to anyone looking to buy a Honda vehicle. We WILL ALSO RETURN to buy future cars from them and we hope and pray when we do that Alex and Greg will still be there. I hope these two men are appreciated by their employer as much as they are by me and my fiancé. Thank you Alex and Greg for a STELLAR EXPERIENCE!!! There is life after Saturn...thank God!!! I am out of state and the purchase was for my daughter in the Atlanta area. The finance manger worked to get her great financing in her name only. He was concerned with helping her build her credit. This meant a lot as so many would not have cared about helping her in this way. We have purchased from this dealership in the past. I believe this is our 10th Honda in our family. I would highly recommend the dealership to all of my friends, especially Ryan Ready!!! More

Our purchase went past the end of his shift, but he still stayed and showed us how to use all of the features of our new van. He was thorough, and really made sure we felt comfortable and didn't have any questions before leaving. Even after the sale, he was available by text and phone to help with questions and concerns.
