Joseph was extremely well-informed regarding the car's syst I just purchased a new Civic EX-T from sales consultant Joseph Leggett at Ed Voyles Honda. Joseph was extremely well-informed regarding the car's systems and was able to answer all of my questions on the spot. He took me on a test drive and pointed out several features of the turbocharged engine that I wasn't aware of. He also spent a lot of time showing me the new electronic features of the car, such as how to get it to recognize my iPhone and use voice activation (via Siri) to do various things. He was very professional throughout the entire process and I would recommend him (and the Ed Voyles dealership) to anybody in the market for a new Honda. More

After driving it in college, then for her first few years post-college, our daughter moved to NYC (where no one needs, or can afford to park, a car!), so the time finally came to sell the car. We considered multiple places and, in the end, we happily sold it back to Ed Voyles, based in no small part on the terrific service we received from Ryan Ready as he guided us through the appraisal and sale process. Really Fantastic (especially Clint) So I went in with my Chevy Cruze which kept having problems. I said form the start "I have bad credit so its unlikely I will get approved but I would So I went in with my Chevy Cruze which kept having problems. I said form the start "I have bad credit so its unlikely I will get approved but I would like to at least try." Clint was the one who helped me. He agreed that It was unlikely but it doesn't hurt to try. It took some time but the Finance manager there, Steve, worked some kind of voodoo magic and I ended up in a 2018 CR-V. For a while Clint and I were convinced that we wouldn't get approved so he took the time to give me tips on raising my credit score. This really stood out to me because a lot places just want to sell you a car but dont care if they get you a 20% interest rate as long as they can get some money out of you. Not Clint. he said "You are already in a bad spot with this cruze and a really high interest rate. we need to get you out of that deal and into one where you are actually paying off the car and improving your credit." So not only did they get me approved but they barely made anything on the sale and actually helped out a lot with the finance company. They got me the car loan with an interest rate that is LESS than 2%. I did not think anywhere near that good a deal would be remotely possible with my credit (even with a cosigner it was tough to get approved). Really just an amazing experience and I feel like Ed Voyles Honda and Clint specifically really just wanted to help. More
