Excellent service I have held out for 2 years on my Honda Pilot. Of course been to many dealers, wasn’t impressed or felt wasn’t the right time, etc. I went to Marietta I have held out for 2 years on my Honda Pilot. After a full night of dead-end calls to locksmiths, I finally decided to just go straight to the dealership to get new keys after after my last set fe After a full night of dead-end calls to locksmiths, I finally decided to just go straight to the dealership to get new keys after after my last set fell apart in a corn maize. This was after a series of other unfortunate car-related events (hit by a fire truck and getting in a hit & run the morning prior). One can imagine all the calls to insurance and bodyshops I had to make--getting the appointment and having two new keys for my 2007 Honda fit at this location was by far the smoothest, easiest customer service experience I had. The staff was super friendly; there wasn't an overwhelming pile of paperwork or any confusing steps. Even though the consultant misinformed me of the price of the keys (they ended up being so unusually expensive that she just wasn't used to seeing keys that expensive), she ended up paying the difference between the actual price out of her OWN POCKET. She actually called me from her personal phone, on her own time, like at her kid's baseball game or something, just to tell me this and get it all covered. She was so sweet and apologetic through it all for a mistake I feel like anyone could make. Shannon Price was a wonderful consultant and an actual angel!! The keys turned out great too; I would definitely use this dealership again & recommend it to all other Honda-owners in the Atlanta & metro area! More

When none were on the lot we were driven down the new car sales department where we met Alex. Right away Alex was warm and inviting while also being realistic. Because the process was so enjoyable and our test drive went well we were open to the idea of purchasing that day. Alex, was beyond patient as we went through the financing approval process and accommodating when securing insurance took a longer than expected. It was a pleasure working with him.
