Outstanding Service!!!! I was disappointed that the dealer had installed options (3M Scotchguard) and added these costs to the contract which increased cost of car beyond “sa I was disappointed that the dealer had installed options (3M Scotchguard) and added these costs to the contract which increased cost of car beyond “sales price.” In my opinion, this is deceptive and the practice should be abandoned. The customer should be deciding which options to install, not the dealer. Further, these options should be fully disclosed when initially discussing sales price. More
