Just Awful Customer Service Before I was even able to take my car in, I called them for 3 days and left over 10 voicemails and still no one called me back. Finally on the third d Before I was even able to take my car in, I called them for 3 days and left over 10 voicemails and still no one called me back. Finally on the third day, I asked the front desk agent to not blind transfer me to their phones. Finally, I was able to get some answers and brought my car in. The agent that took my car in seemed very unconcerned when I told him I tried calling a few times. He even mentioned he probably got one of my voicemails but left it at that. He checked my car in with not a lot of details or information on what I should expect. After service was done, I receive a call that my car was ready. I arrive to pick my car up and the cashier calls to have the car pulled around. I waited for about 2-3 mins when someone came up and asked me for my tag. After I provided that information, took them almost 10 mins to bring my car around. Finally once I see the car driving up someone tells me it was because a truck was blocking my car in. The agent that brought me my car then gets out to hand me the key and is not concerned in apologizing or offering any type of explanation. He looks almost annoyed at me for making him bright my car over. Overall an awful experience with your entire service staff. I'm very disappointed and will start driving 10 miles to take my car over to Woodstock, where friends have told me great things about their customer service. More
Excellent customer service 2017 Honda Pilot needed to be repaired under warranty. Typically in the past, warranty repairs have been less than pleasant. As if I am at fault for wanting my car in the best condition. Guessing it is due to the fact that the service center is not making money. However, THIS time was least painless as possible as they treated me well and apologized for any and all inconveniences. Ed Price and Shannon Price were helpful, pleasant and went over the top to make this car like new. More

They went above and beyond letting us actually test the car overnight and then got everything in tip top shape for us to pick it up all shined up after purchase. The process was easy and comfortable. I'm a person who always wants to go in and get an AMAZING deal I can tell everyone. I didn't even push back on the first price they told me - it was that incredible and I knew the perfect value for what the value IS and is to me. Don helped us find the perfect car for our family and I honestly feel like this title is real - new car and a new friend.
