Great Experience Looking At Hondas I visited Ed Voyles Honda in Marietta, GA while looking for a new 2017 automobile. I wanted to look at Honda Accords and test drive one. The salesman who helped me, Joesph Leggett, listened attentively to what I said I was looking for. Then he ask me questions about the price range I wanted to stay within. After more discussion about my needs, he showed me three Honda Accords, each of which had different trim levels and features. I ended up test driving one of them and liked it very much. As we talked more about how I currently use my car, Joe suggested that I might also want to look at a CRV, since I love to garden and sometimes haul plants and pine straw in my car. I decided to do that and ended up test driving it too. I was surprised at how well it handled. So I ended up liking it very much too. My whole experience at Ed Voyles Honda was great. More

Sales Rep Katherine Brown is the BOMB!!! I truly HATE the process of buying a car! So I had done all of my research online first to determine exactly what Make/Model/Features I wanted to hope I truly HATE the process of buying a car! What a terrific surprise to discover that all of the great reviews online of Ed Voyles Honda were true. I met Katherine Brown, Sales Rep, and she immediately put me at ease that this was supposed to be pleasant and more importantly she listened to me and recognized I had done my homework and I knew what I wanted. I had negotiated online for the Red version of my car but they ended up with only the Steel Grey color (the color I really wanted) and one test drive later....I HAVE A CAR I LOVE!!!!!:-) Both Katherine and Ryan Ready were great, as well as everyone I encountered in this dealership. Flim flam Had an "out the door" price on a new Honda Accord from the dealer that included a 25k trade in value certified by CARMAX and NADA same day. Test driv Had an "out the door" price on a new Honda Accord from the dealer that included a 25k trade in value certified by CARMAX and NADA same day. Test drive and discussions were good. Then the written purchase order was presented with a trade in for 23.5k. Salesman says that's because there is a sales tax savings by trading the car in with them instead of selling to CARMAX. I respond "yes - I get the savings - not you." Then the sales manager comes in and does the same tap dance. I told him that was BS and left the dealership.. Went to Mall of Georgia and got the same out the door bottom line that Voyles should have honored. I wouldn't buy from Voyles - very dishonest dealership. More
