Frank Fan was my primary salesman and he TRULY exemplifies quality customer service. From explaining the car's features, walking me through the purchasing process, and providing me guidance, Frank really made me feel welcome and comfortable in moving forward with my purchase. He is very communicable and honest especially when it came down to making a financial decision.
