Fast, friendly, fanstastic I went to the sales department after my older Honda CR-V started breaking down hoping to get something new--just a couple of hours later I walked out I went to the sales department after my older Honda CR-V started breaking down hoping to get something new--just a couple of hours later I walked out with a brand new HR-V with wonderful features and in my favorite color! They even took care of the service on my older car when they took it in as a trade in. I felt that Mark made every effort to accommodate me and send me home happy. It was a great experience! More

Everyone that I interacted with did everything necessary to ensure that I was getting exactly what I was looking for and kept in contact with me every step of the way. They were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, a joy to interact with, and were able to answer every question I had. I felt incredibly welcomed and taken care of throughout the entirety of the process. Don spent much time showing me how to access all the fabulous features include in my new car. He also helped me pair my phone to the car and adjusted my personal seat setting to meet my needs. Worst Dealer I walked into This is one of the worst dealers i walked into i would say. They just cook up any numbers they want to get you to the dealership. I understand you h This is one of the worst dealers i walked into i would say. They just cook up any numbers they want to get you to the dealership. I understand you have fine prints on all quotes but at least when we talk one to one over email and Text you are supposed to tell us which discounts apply and which do not apply to me They gave me a quote of 19100 for Honda civic 2017 and when i walked in they said it had fine prints, so price would be 20700, because you don't qualify for military and recent graduate which is like $1000 dollars. Then I asked even then the price should be 20100 if i don't qualify for those discounts, they had no answer they said that's the best they can do. I understand everyone wants customers walk into there dealership but at least when we talk one to one over email and text they have minimum courtesy to tell what is the price I am expecting. Worst part this dealership does not even have a customer feedback form , when i asked for one they gave me a piece of white paper and the sales person i spoke to tells me you put your feedback on that paper and give back to me and I will hand it over to my manager. I am pretty sure that would go into thrash if I gave to that person. So i thought best way to tell my experience is to put it here that way it will reach to other people who are planning to go to Ed Voyles Honda dealership. More
