My experience at Ed Voyles Honda was very positive. I've been thinking about a new vehicle for several months, however I've been very loyal to my 2007 Lexus ES 350. If it were not for my son who needs another car and wants to buy mine I think I'd still be driving my car at least until after the new year. Ok so I've caved, I drove into Ed Voyles Honda yesterday and told the receptionist I was interested in a CR-V and out comes Alex to assist. Now mind you I've already done a little comparative research on CR-V models as well as other SUV's but I had no knowledge of the EX-L or the Touring models. Alex showed me both and I took a liking to that Touring model, what can I say, I have beer money and Champagne taste. Alex and Rohan made it happen for me though. I ended up leasing a beautiful dark grey CR-V Touring model. Alex, Rohan and Greg you guys are great your service was awesome. Thanks a bunch. More

Buyer Be VERY Aware! Lying management and incompetent staff! Our family has bought 4 (FOUR!) brand new cars from this dealership. Ed Voyles Honda refuses to fix our car that loses more than 1 quart of oil every Our family has bought 4 (FOUR!) brand new cars from this dealership. Ed Voyles Honda refuses to fix our car that loses more than 1 quart of oil every 750 miles or so (YES, QUART!!). Somehow this is acceptable to them, and although the problem has been acknowledged by corporate Honda on MANY models, mine is an 09 Accord, they refuse to fix my faulty car. Sound too messed up to be true? Just ask them. Every time we are in they lie to us and give us the run around. They are truly devious and operate their once successful dealership in a disgusting and shameful way. Took the car in today after waiting, and calling, and emailing, and waiting and calling for 6 months to get my grenade of an airbag fixed.... more lies!! Shocker! I will never be back. Ever. Ed Voyles Honda, you should truly be ashamed of how you treat your loyal customers and the community. P.S. All of these 5 star ratings with no review attached are SUSPECT at best. I know what goes on at that dealership and what is deemed as acceptable behavior by team members and management alike. Knowing what i know, these reviews ARE FAKE. Padding their reviews in order to pad their pockets?? Disgraceful... I have honestly come to expect nothing more from these professional con-artists. If this is the type of under-handed tactic they use just to get you in the front door, what do you think they are going to do after you give them tens of thousands of your hard-earned dollars?
