One of the reasons we considered them for purchasing a new vehicle is the excellent care of our civic we have received from the service department. When I decided that it was time to purchase a new car, there was no other choice or dealership in mind but Ed Voyles Honda. Once I arrived I was paired with an extremely professional, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and resourceful salesman named Alex Julka. Once again I was extremely blown away with the AMAZING customer service I received. As a former Home Depot employee, I know what great customer service looks like and Alex definitely had it . Alex put my mind at ease and properly qualified me with the correct car! I was extremely disappointed when I found out that the car I wanted did not come with a sunroof but once again Alex saved the day! Alex introduced me to Rohan who informed me that I could have it ordered and installed in less than a week. There is nothing these guys wont do to satisfy a customer! Greg was extremely helpful when it came down to crunching numbers and making the magic happen. As a Cobb County Educator I am extremely thankful for all that Ed Voyles Honda does for our community ! There is no doubt in my mind that I wouldn't recommend them to anyone that asked me. If I ever decide to purchase my third car, I will definitely come back to Ed Voyles for the third time. More
