Great Service! Shane helped my boyfriend and I find a car we loved and Steve made the financing process a breeze. We originally started our process in April looking for a Fit but long story short, we ended up purchasing a house and put the Fit on hold. Shane kept in contact with us between April and this past weekend when I made an appointment with him to appraise a CR-V we are wanting to sell. While there, I test drove an HR-V just to see what it was all about. Even though we didn't accept the price Ed Voyles would give us for the CR-V I fell in love with the HR-V and ended up buying it that day. The department that cleans each car before you drive it away was already closed for the day so when we came back to pay the rest of the money that was owed, Shane insisted on having it cleaned for me. I'm very appreciative of the effort he put into making us happy and his excellent follow up. More

I visited this dealership 2 months ago, with my aunt, on a Saturday. The store was very busy, however, right away, Shane greeted me at the door. Though he already had a customer, he asked if I minded waiting, and asked me to have a seat. He asked if wanted anything to drink. After about a 20 minute wait, he escorted me to my desk. He listed to all of my needs, and found a car to suit my family. Shane is my go-to salesperson as he is not pushy, he is very polite, and friendly. I will never buy a car from another salesperson again. Most are the worst! More
