Going from Odyssey to Pilot Came in to satisfy a curiosity of the new Pilot and was pleased at the lack of pressure we felt the second we stepped on the lot. In fact after 30 minutes of learning about the car with our 3 kids running around, the sales manager offered for us to take it home for the night to give it a real look over. While the Odyssey is a great car and extremely practical for a family with 3 children, my wife really wanted to have that new Pilot and getting to take it home for the night to "live with it" was what sealed the deal. We were able to drive back in on our schedule the next day and closed out on the exact car we drove in just a couple of hours. Low stress and fair trade and sale. No backdoor gimmicks. Was quite impressed with Ed Voyles! More

Very Satisfied My salesman, David Morson, was great They had the car we were looking for, it was accurately represented online and over the phone, and after looking My salesman, David Morson, was great They had the car we were looking for, it was accurately represented online and over the phone, and after looking at it and deciding to purchase it took only an hour or so to finish the transaction. I left very pleased. My only complaint would be that even though we were paying cash for the vehicle the dealership ran a credit report - I wish I hadn't given them that information and it would give me pause before buying there again. I think they need to look at workflow for cash buyers, there was absolutely no reason to have that on your record when paying cash. More
