The ability when we can to preschedule appointments and getting the cars back quickly is a great option as we are a family on the go. This visit was to get the starter replaced. My 70 year old mother uses this car, so it's important to keep it reliable and running well. They also confirmed all the other elements on the car were in working order so I know she's driving safe.
