From the time we stepped out of our car we were greeted with a smile and asked if we needed assistance. We were able to work with Alex. A little bit of our story, we recently went from a family of 3 to 5. We have a 3 year old and 2 month old twins. We were previously driving a mid size suv which was not working out for 5 of us. We knew we wanted and desperately needed a van,but we knew we had negative equity in our vehicle and was so worried that we would not be able to work anything out. Alex showed us every single van available to find the perfect one. Usually car shopping is such a hassle, not at Ed Voyles Honda! We told Alex what vehicle we wanted, how much pay off was on our trade in, how much we could afford to put down, and how much we needed our new payment to be. Easy, Fast service - great price along with a great salesmen I had been looking for a used Audi A6 for about a month. I wanted to purchase the car from a major dealer and some "mom and pop" car lot. I seen your add on auto-trader; I loved the car along with the price. Since this the week of Christmas I wasn't sure if I would get a hold of anyone. I left my information through the web site I was using (auto-trader.com) and my surprise a day after Christmas I got a call about 9am from David Morson. He was friendly and courteous and explain he would be available anytime I had time to get down to see the car. A few hours later the wife and I heading down to the dealership. I had already been pre-approved with Capital One Bank but with talk with the finances guy he was able to give me a better deal to include a 2yr warranty !! I drove away the same day with the new purchased. I even had some mechanical issue with the car the next day; called David told me to bring the car back they took a look at it - put me in a loaner until they were able to fix the issue...GREAT SERVICE!!! When I told him exactly hat car I intended on test driving he hurried back to the office and grabbed the keys and we were off. Andre made me feel incredibly comfortable, didn't pressure me and really just let me experience the test drive. Once we got back to the dealership, we began negotiations and Andre was able to meet all of my requests; he didn't pressure me, he didn't give me the run-around by telling me, "No, I can't do that". Whatever I asked, he would hustle back to the finance office and come back with a response in a timely manner. While David doesn't typically work selling new cars, any question I had that he couldn't answer he made sure to find someone who could. Joseph (Joe) Leggett helped make sure all my car settings and phone settings were exactly how I wanted them for the car before I left the lot.
