The most deceitful sales team I ever came across My friend was shopping around for a Odyssey Touring and he had a email price quote confirmation. When I walked into dealership, I clearly stated t My friend was shopping around for a Odyssey Touring and he had a email price quote confirmation. When I walked into dealership, I clearly stated that if you they cannot honor the price quote 'they confirmed (via email), we don't want to waste our time at dealership. First of all, the sale guy (Frank) who confirmed the email price quote got dis-appeared. Then the other sales guy comes into picture and says "we cannot sell cars for this price as we lose money" and he jacked up the price by $2,600.00 to the email price quote we have. If they cannot sell for that price how can they confirm the price quote via email and phone call and asked us come down ? This is most deceitful sales team I ever came across and I would NOT recommend to anybody. More
