The main reason for this was because after the diagnosis of several safety issues the dealership didn't offer or provide a courtesy loaner car even though our car would have to be there for a few days. Having to make other transportation arrangements and impose on other people for my family's transportation needs due to this was, in my opinion, unacceptable. I have always been provided with a courtesy car, both at Ed Voyles dealerships and other services centers. More
