Poor after Service Our salesperson was always very friendly and tried hard to please. She had another couple waiting and did not explain all the features of the car. Received a "We Owe" from dealer for bumper appurtence and another item, We left the dealership happy.. After several days called salesperson who stated: the part was in but had to be installed at another dealer and she would make arrangements. Called her 3 or 4 times thereafter and she had not make arrangements. I then called the sales manager who stated it could be installed on Mon or Wed. Made arrangements to have it installed today. Arrived at dealer today and our salesperson was again friendly and helpful. She stated the other item (roof racks) for "We Owe" was stored by her desk. Asked her to explain how odometer for Trip A and B worked (as I had trouble understanding the manual, and how i knew the auto braking safety feature was on. She could answer neither and called a fellow salesperson who answered my questions. Believe today was a good learning experience that will her in the future. More

Buying my new car I'm writing this review because of the great service I received from Israel! When u came to the dealership he serviced me right away. I was very diffi I'm writing this review because of the great service I received from Israel! When u came to the dealership he serviced me right away. I was very difficult and objected many things. However, throughout the entire process he was pleasant and patient. Many times you hear horror stories about dealers but this was not the case. I had a more than pleasant experience and I am truly happy with my new car. Also to Jose and the blonde man with glasses(I forgot your name, I'm sorry) thank you as well you both were patient and kind! I appreciate Ed Voyles Hyundai and I'll be sure to have my sister get her brand new Sonata from Israel :) thank you!! More
