He was speeding and ignoring traffic signs (yield & stop signs). Lastly, he used his cell phone while behind the wheel. I do not plan to use the shuttle again with the same driver. I called the service manager to make a note of this with him. It has been over 24 hours and I have not received a return call from the service manager. Shuttle driver - Jerry More

The deal itself took only a few minutes. Finance was backed up with some other sales so there were some delays there. Unfortunately the finance department almost killed the deal...I was moments from walking out, but decided that I will just refi the car with my own financing since their guy was not transparent with the rate up front, and knew there was something questionable going on - was told by finance that a rebate I received for being a competitive conquest required standard Hyundai financing at a very high rate that was well outside of the current market rates, especially considering my credit score. When asked to show me where this information/disclaimer was located, the finance associate said it was "in his program" although the Hyundai website didn't say this anywhere and finance was unable to show me "the program". Unfortunately, I will have to go through the process of a refi to get a fair APR for my car, but that was no fault of the sales guy - just be aware of this when you walk in that you may encounter some questionable behavior in the back office when you are signing your papers. Just make sure you go over to the front corner and work with DeAndre - he's a 10+! More
Tuscon Everything went smooth. It was an easy transition out of my old car into the new one. I would use this dealership again in the future. Everything went smooth. It was an easy transition out of my old car into the new one. I would use this dealership again in the future. More

We bought a new car and traded in our very old car, being told it was only worth $100, and that we could mail in the signed title since we didn't have it with us. At first I was told they'd give us an overnight envelope for it, then I was told regular mail would be fine, so that's how I mailed it. A week later, I'm in a special services meeting, and my phone does its vibration sequence four times in a row. My husband was on the road going to a funeral, so I was in a panic that he was in trouble, had to excuse myself from the meeting, and what did I find? A voice mail from my saleswoman, Ms. Bittler, having what I consider an irate tone, saying that they don't have our title, and we were supposed to send it, but we didn't, so I needed to call them asap. I also received an all caps message saying the same thing. Now, I'm already upset about a funeral I couldn't attend because this meeting was that important, and the meeting did not have great things to report. So now I'm getting more stressed out about the hostility level from Ed Voyles and how I was going to have to waste money getting a replacement title on a $100 car, and, since they were so angry, how was I going to get that title fast enough for them with my husband having just left for a week (title is only in his name)? Or were they going to try and make us refund them and take back the clunker car? And why was I being treated like I cheated them when this was the first time I'd heard about a problem? I told the saleswoman that she needs to check with the mail room because they should have the title by now, and that I didn't appreciate her blowing up my phone like it was an emergency and talking to me like that. She tried to apologize in the rudest, most condescending way I've ever heard. She claimed that she didn't realize her message was in all caps, and she's sorry if I got offended, but who doesn't proofread something before they send it to their customer? Then she argued that she didn't blow up my phone and had contacted me respectfully, but my phone went off FOUR TIMES IN THREE MINUTES! Who wouldn't think there was something serious going on? And, low and behold, once she looked into it, she found that THEY HAD THE TITLE THERE ALREADY! You know what she didn't apologize for? Not checking with her own team before acting like I didn't mail in the title! Instead she told me "I'm sorry for the way you feel and thanks for your comments" rather than "I'm sorry that I messed up and wrongfully accused you of ripping us off." This was not a life or death situation to contact me that aggressively, and then to apologize as if saying "f you, I don't care" - it was their screw up and completely unprofessional and disrespectful. If there's an issue, contact someone once and give them a chance to respond for goodness sake! You don't know what a person may be doing that they can't immediately answer a call or message, and you should know what you're talking about before you make a customer feel yelled at when they did everything right! We were going to buy another car there in a few months, but I'll never give Ed Voyles my business again with the jerks they hire to work there! More
