It don't get no better than this !!! Before purchasing my vehicle I've visited other dealerships, but it wasn't the cars I didn't like, it was the customer service. My dealer at the Hyandai dealership (Cecil) wasn't just a "salesman" he made me comfortable, gained my trust; made me feel like family (all in a matter of a week). He didn't judge me based on my apperance, age, etc. and I appreciated that (a lot). He didn't try to "sale" me. He listened to my needs and made sure I was making the right decision. Along with this amazing experience I feel like I've made a friend. Someone whom I will go back to for another car or recommend a friend. Cecil was was like the dad I never had helping me find a car. Something so "normal" to him meant a lot to me. I can't thank him enough :) !!!! I will also like to express my gratitude for Ms. Angela. From the Tags and Title department she went up and beyond when I needed her help. I drove to NY lost my temperary plate on the way and she helped me replace it in a timely manner. If it wasn't for Ms. Angela who knows where my car would be. You don't meet a lot of people who would take their job to extent that she did. She didn't have to do what she did, but she did. I can't thank her enough. She put the "icing on the cake" . She Made my experience with the Hyundai dealership go from great to amazing !!! It wasn't just the car I loved it was also the employees !! Every time I walked in they asked me if I wanted water, answered all my questions, etc. I couldnt imagine a better experience.
