I dreaded heading to the dealership to purchase a new car, but these two gentlemen definitely exceeded my [typically low] expectations of the car buying experience. I felt my salesman was too aggressive trying to sell me something I really wasn't interested in. He and the finance person tried to paint the rosy picture. I want someone who listens to the customer and not their wallet. Lesson learned. It has made me leery of sales people and in the future I will be very cautious and more firm with possibly going to a new dealership. More
