RJ Jackson I purchased my very first car, a 1986 Hyundai Excel, from this Ed Voyles Hyundai. I have purchased a total of four Hyundai's at this time, three from I purchased my very first car, a 1986 Hyundai Excel, from this Ed Voyles Hyundai. I have purchased a total of four Hyundai's at this time, three from this dealership, the 1986 Excel, 4 speed Manuel (sold years ago), 2009 Santa Fe (Wife) and now the 2016 Elantra GT for my (step-son in college). The 2006 Sonata (mine) was from another dealership (sorry wasn't thinking clearly). I have always liked and admired Ed Voyles Hyundai for it's professionalism, respectfulness, patience and knowledge of the product and with Hyundai graduating to a higher standard over the years from my first purchased back in 1986, these are just some of the reasons why I came back to Hyundai and this dealership. More

Easy to work with The dealership offered a great Internet price that stayed the same after I arrived. Found too many dealers that Internet pricing higher once I arrived The dealership offered a great Internet price that stayed the same after I arrived. Found too many dealers that Internet pricing higher once I arrived at the dealership. Not here though. They met my drive at price with no problems. Only small negatives with my whole transaction with my new car was signing paperwork and some parts of the delivery of the vehicle. We financed through our credit union so we did not have a lot of contact with finance department. We chose Hyundai for its warranty. The salesperson talked very highly of the warranty. However, when we were signing the paperwork with the finance/paperwork person, he kind of down played the quality of the Hyundai warranty to lead us to believe that we NEEDED to BUY the extended warranty. I know they want to sell the extended warranty, but that was kind of a put off for my wife and I. Also, other than setting up the Bluetooth and a couple of other things the delivery of the vehicle was kind of lack luster. Salesman did not show me where service department was or any other parts of the dealership. Overall though, it was one of the BEST car buying experiences I have ever had. More

DO NOT CAR SHOP HERE I went to this dealer to get a new car. Worked woth DWAYNE the sales rep and at first he was nice until he refused to get the car I wanted in a differ I went to this dealer to get a new car. Worked woth DWAYNE the sales rep and at first he was nice until he refused to get the car I wanted in a different color. He told me he could not go to another dealer and do a trade because "he wasn't allowed". I told him I would take my business elsewhere and magically the color car I wanted appeared. (I'm not surprised.) once we came to the closing table DWAYNE was very forceful in trying to ensure This sale would go through and made it a point to tell me I could not go anywhere else to get this same deal. GLEN STEVENSONthe finance manager was great until it came time to process paperwork for my car to be registered and get plates. I got this car on 2/9/2016 and I have yet to receive my plates. My temp tag was stolen which I notified the dealership about and all he said to me was "you'll be fine". DWAYNE said "that's not our problem". I contacted the dmv in regards to the plates and was told that the package was incomplete and it was sent back to the dealership. There were no copies of ID's, no proof of insurance and no payment for taxes. It has been 2 weeks since that date and I have contacted GLEN 5 times leaving voicemails and have not gotten a phone call back. It's not 3/17/16 and still nothing. The temp tags are only good for 45 days and it's now day 37. These people at this dealership do a PISS POOR job and I would NOT recommend you go here. More
