Educators Beware I went to the dealership to lease a new Hyundai. Unfortunately, my car is no longer made in a manual transmission (a must have) by Hyundai. I was given a long spill on how the Voyles family values and accommodates educators; as I am an educator, I felt that I was in the right place. It was even boasted that Ed Voyles gives 4 cars to educators a year. Guess what?,...I am not one of them. The sale person told me that what I wanted was a Kia, and he could sale both. His two trips to the finance manager, with their best price, did not fit in my budget, and there would be fees billed for switching from Hyundai to Kia even though he could sale both under Ed Voyles. I felt very disheartened since I was a repeated customer to Ed Voyles, with excellent credit, and I have made my payment on my lease religiously. A second sales associate, that was following up, provided me with a higher payment and proceeded to explain just how much money the dealership would be loosing by leasing me the car. I guess the Voyles family has to pay for the free cars give away cars one way or another! More

Calmed all of my anxiety. I researched cars for 4 days before I decided to take a look at their inventory. In the past, most of my car buying experiences had been bad to the po I researched cars for 4 days before I decided to take a look at their inventory. In the past, most of my car buying experiences had been bad to the point where I've had to snatch my credit app off an F&I manager's desk and walk out. So, I walked in anticipating the worst and it made me very hesitant. Cecil did such a great job walking me through the process - helping me find all the cars I pulled from their website, educating me further on the cars, easing me through the negotiating and finance - until I walked out with a beautiful 2014 Hyundai Elantra. This was the best car buying experience I have had in 25+ years. I just can't say enough to thank both Cecil and the finance manager (I wish i could remember his name). Thank you so much for a helping me feel at ease and come home with a wonderful car that I'm in love with already. More
