It taught me how a professional car buying experience should be. You would have thought I stepped into the Mercedes Benz dealership but it was Ed Voyles Hyndai. I say this because of the outstanding service that I received from the time I walked into the dealership. When I spoke on the phone with Barb she told me her story and let me know that April does not look at me as a salesman, she addressed me as her Vehicle Agent. My humbled head could not help but smile, I am glad that this conversation took place over the phone so that she couldn't see my childlike grin. Well we looked at a Kia Soul and she was like, "Ben that is not the car for me." I said, let me just show that to you and I have one other car that will work for you as well. She looked this vehicle and said, "That's sexy, Black and Gold too!!!" She's from New Orleans and a Big Saints fan.
