Errol was a great sales person. He didn't pressure or do a hard sell. He answered all our questions pre purchasing and on the day I picked up the car, took all the time I needed to show me the featur or do a hard sell. The Saturday before Memorial Day I had just finished having lunch with my sister. Upon driving away I notice the check engine light on my 2013 Sonata and since I was just up the road from ED VOYLES having lunch with my sister. Upon driving away I notice the check engine light on my 2013 Sonata and since I was just up the road from ED VOYLES I decided to stop at the service department to see if they would take a look. Unfortunately it was around 3:00 PM and they close at 4:00. The Service Advisor was Jim HANHAM and he was great! After explaining what I had noticed while driving the car he expressed that they close at 4:00 and was uncertain as to getting the car looked at before closing. However somehow he got it diagnosed and provided me a loaner car. He explained they would be closed on Sunday but would have the problem fixed by 3:00 pm on Memorial Day. I actually got a call from Jim on Memorial Day at 2:30 PM telling me that my car was ready for pickup. The whole experience was totally painless in light of it taking place over a holiday weekend. I highly recommend the service department at ED VOYLES HYUNDAI and Jim HANHAM specifically. More

Sason was exactly the type of salesperson that I personally prefer. He was very expedient through out the process, but was willing to slow down at any point at which I had a question. I'll personally seek him out for any future business that I do with the dealership. Sason was stoic as he supported me through a difficult stretch of the negotiation with the Kia GSM. The deal very nearly fell apart, but Sason seemed as determined as myself to ensure the appropriate deal was reached. Sason receives a 10 in my book, and the remainder of the staff isn't too far behind. More
