1st Time Buyer / Great experience As my title to this review tells you I’m a first time buyer. My experience was a really good one at Kia. Chianna and her manager Robert were awesome. Chianna was on it from the moment we stepped on the lot. She gave us a kind friendly greeting and was able to show me exactly what I asked for. I wasn’t looking for anything super expensive or flashy and she understood that. I appreciated that Chianna wasn’t trying to push me into buying anything outside of what I wanted to spend. Chianna and Robert were able to show me 2 awesome options that was hard to make a decision on. This was the 2nd lot of the day and I honestly didn’t think I was going to find or buy anything. How could I resist a great offer after such good customer service. I am in the customer service field so I value that in a business. If you go to Kia on Cobb Parkway ask Chianna she’s amazing!!!! More

I had Brandon as my salesman. He gave excellent service and offered me a good deal on the car. He was honest and found us the best deal for my unique situation. While my deal was great, his personality and ability to accommodate our high standards of sales exceeded our expectations. He even played along and let us sit in the Stinger in order to sign the deal (to note I bought a much less expensive car) Can't really say enough how thankful I was from all three of them for making my first car buying experience actually fun.
