Unreal Car Buying Experience!! Came in to the dealership and meet a Salesperson with the same name as me. Chris Jackson. Salesman was genuinely helpful. Not helpful in to just try a Came in to the dealership and meet a Salesperson with the same name as me. Chris Jackson. Salesman was genuinely helpful. Not helpful in to just try and sell a car, just helpful. He gave me all my options. Suggested ways that I could help myself. He also gave me an education on leasing vs financing. I was a little worried about my credit, but he assure me that they had a lender for every credit situation. He was right. They put me with a company that got me 8% APR. Process was smooth, fast and most importantly I never felt pressure or the anxiety associated with buying a new car. I would recommend the dealership and please see Chris Jackson when you go. More

They were very knowledgeable and very patient with us as they proceeded to explain all of the bells and whistles of the car we were looking at . Needless to say, we only started looking for a car and had no idea what we were looking for when we saw the car that my husband fell in love with , and decided to go ahead and make the purchase and not wait any longer . the sales manager Robert Batiste was very professional and very courteous in assisting us with the purchase. Engine Recall Work My car was recently leaking fuel due to a fuel pump and fuel line. It was a result of the engine work not being done properly. My engine was replaced My car was recently leaking fuel due to a fuel pump and fuel line. It was a result of the engine work not being done properly. My engine was replaced in Aug. 2017 due to the engine recall. Per the diagnostic of a shop, my car was close to catching on fire. I'm dissatisfied with how the work was done that caused my inconveince and how it not only risked my life and others. A free oil change was approved based on me asking for some restitution for this issue. I have yet to hear from corporate on a resolution. More
