My engine light was on and she explained their process for checking it out as well as checking routine Diana was an excellent customer service agent. He took rah passenger's name Ned phone number so he could follow up to see if we needed to have the shuttle pick us up when our cars were ready. Turns out it was the gas cap not being tight enough...
