A waste of time. Beware !!! The managers here are the biggest LIARS. Prior to coming to this dealership, I called on Saturday April 1, 2016 to ascertain if they had th Beware !!! The managers here are the biggest LIARS. Prior to coming to this dealership, I called on Saturday April 1, 2016 to ascertain if they had the car I was looking for. I spoke to the manager in Ed Voyles Hyundai. He informed me they did. I drove 40 minutes in traffic and arrived 90 minutes later. Two salesmen immeidately informed me they did not have the car and referred me to the Hyundai manager who I spoke to on the phone. He searched his database, then asked me to wait while he spoke to another manager. He came back and took me to the manager of Ed Voyles Kia. This manager initially told me had (2) of the vehicles I was looking for but could not show me one. Eventually he claimed he did not have it in stock but could get it. He wrote up a quote for the vehicle I was interested in. I went to another dealership to see if I could beat their quote and was told by their manager this particular car was no where to be found anywhere in the USA.. I called the manager back at Ed Voyles Kia and told him I what I learned. His response was "there are still a few of them out there" but could not tell me where. He then said, he made a mistake on my quote and the price is actually higher. This was to discourage me further. Which it did.. I told him I thought he was "full of it". He then said he did not want to talk to me anymore and hung up. Be prepared to deal with LIARS who will waste your time at Ed Voyles Hyundai and Kia. More
