When we came into the store, the folks were friendly and the test drive was really quick. We were just starting our search, so I really appreciated the quick test drive. The email we got back just gave us the pricing and nothing about our trade in or next steps. So I emailed again about the pricing we saw online and asked about next steps to trade our car in and look at the trim packages of the Telluride they had onsite. The next email I received was terribly written - grammar and sentences didn't make any sense and yet still no "next steps" to come in and make a deal. So I called into the store, asked for a sales manager, left a message and I still haven't received a call back. We ended up going to Jim Ellis Kia and getting the vehicle there. More
