Five hours into a 14 hour drive we found ourselves on the side of I75 with an overheating car. We showed up at Kia South Atlanta at opening with an emergency repair. They were super busy that day but they worked us in, repaired my car and got us back on the road in a few hours time. Lavar was awesome and kept us updated through the process and made everything happen! The entire team was incredible and we appreciate them so much!

In February 2024, I came here to purchase two Kia - Ebrahimi

In February 2024, I came here to purchase two Kia Sportages for my business fleet. While finalizing the details, the General Sales Manager, James Hill, came to the table. His professional etiquette was nonexistent. He was dismissive, completely lacked basic manners, and unprofessional enough to abruptly walk away mid-conversation without saying a word. Because of his poor conduct, I immediately took half of my business elsewhere. I drove to their sister store, Ed Voyles Kia Chamblee, where I was treated with excellent professionalism and bought the first fleet vehicle. I only returned to the Cobb location the next day to buy the second one because they held the only blue Hybrid model in the metro area. Looking back, my only regret is giving a dime of corporate capital to a store that tolerates this level of disrespect from senior management. James Hill’s five-minute attitude threw away a seamless double-vehicle sale and permanently alienated a commercial client. If you expect professional standards from management, go somewhere else.

I visited Carvilla on March 6, 2026 to purchase a 2022 - Gabriel Liranzo

I visited Carvilla on March 6, 2026 to purchase a 2022 Rivian R1T Adventure Package (Stock #NN007505). The vehicle was advertised online at $46,700. However, when I received the buyer’s worksheet, the dealership added a $999 documentation fee on top of the advertised price. I asked if the fee could be removed or included in the advertised price, but the dealership declined. Under guidance from the **Georgia Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division, non-government fees such as dealer documentation fees are supposed to be included in the advertised vehicle price. Only government fees (tax, tag, title) should be added separately. Because of this, I filed a complaint with the **Georgia Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division. I even emailed the sales manager, Gustavo E Belzares, giving the dealership the opportunity to resolve the issue and complete the purchase by removing or adjusting the $999 fee, but I never received a response. I was genuinely ready to buy the truck that same day. Unfortunately, the pricing practice and lack of response prevented the deal from moving forward. I hope the dealership becomes more transparent about their advertised pricing so customers know the true cost before visiting.
