First Time Car Buyer - Never want to buy again This was my first car buying experience, and it was very frustrating. Curtis, the salesman my fiance and I initially worked with, became unresponsive This was my first car buying experience, and it was very frustrating. Curtis, the salesman my fiance and I initially worked with, became unresponsive when I asked him for an out the door quote on my new car, despite having told me to do this at another Kia dealership offering a lower price. He also dismissively said that he didn't think we needed the quote until later because we weren't shopping until the weekend. (We never said this). I spoke with another associate and got a quote within five minutes, and they beat the cheapest dealership by $500. When I came in to buy, the original salesman was upset that I'd spoken to another salesman and basically put me in the middle of their dispute. I'm very happy with my car, but I truthfully should have left and just gone to another dealership. I wish management would have offered something to make up for all of the confusion and hostility. The whole experience has made me never want to buy again. However, Corie was incredibly helpful, and I did give her information to a family friend. More

I have to admit that after my car buying experience with AB Chad at Ed Voyles Kia of Chamblee, I am convinced that I will never have another subpar car buying experience ever again! I got a great deal with excellent service at EVKC from everyone including the Sales Mgr Tahir and also Larry in Finance. They are an excellent team, they really took care of me, and no pressure at all. I did my homework before I got there and they exceeded my expectations in overall price and service. I really, really liked my 2014 Kia Optima LX before, but I LOVE my new 2018 Kia Soul Turbo!!! Not only would I recommend EVKC to everyone I know, I'll most certainly be back with my son when it comes time for him to buy his first car. Morris, my sales agent, was knowladge I have been to many car dealerships, and by far, Ed Voyles KIA has been the best car buying experience I've had. Morris, my sales agent, was knowladgeable and very courteous in assisting me with the purchase of my new 2017 KIA optima hybrid, which I love!!! When it comes to service, Wydell, the service advisor, and Bobo, the service technicians, was very attentive, and made sure my car was maintained properly. Larry, the finance manager, took his time to address all my questions. Overall, I would tell anyone who is looking to purchase a new KIA to come to this location because, in my opinion, they're best at what they do🤗 More

TERRIBLE I brought my car in because I received a notice in the mail about a recall about a defect in the engine. After my car was inspected I was told that it I brought my car in because I received a notice in the mail about a recall about a defect in the engine. After my car was inspected I was told that it was fine and that they did a oil change. The very next morning I tried to start my car to go to work and it DID NOT START. I had to call an uber that I couldn't afford, to get to work. I was almost late. Turns out a mechanic looks underneath my hood and tells me my battery is extremely loose. Whoever worked under my hood at Kia NEGLECTED to make sure they didn't interfere with my battery while they inspected under my hood! More
