I would suggest the following: 1) ensure all sales associates are knowledgable about each vehicle's features and options packages. 2) don't waste time by showing vehicles the customer isn't interested in, such as older models or used (if they asked for new) 3) after the sale, if the customer pulls up in their newly purchased vehicle, treat them with the same enthusiasm and service as a brand-new customer. For all you know, they've come to buy another car.

I have already revisited the dealership, and gotten a replacement clip for the side panel. The associate who helped me on this most recent visit was very polite and accomodating. It was a 100% positive experience.
