My car would not open last week on Sunday. Both clickers weren't working. My wallet work keys were all in car. My daughter watched utube to show me how to unlock my car . My husband said battery was dead. The next day I used an old truck to go to work. My husband jumped my car off and brought to you all. A man told my husband they will not replace my battery that it is working fine now. I guess driving all the way to covington from varnado built my battery back up. I dont want to get stranded someone maybe out of state and battery wont work again. I paid a lot of extra bumper to bumper coverage for 10 years. I wanted you all to replace the battery. It scares me to go off at night now by myself and I should not have to feel scared to drive my own car. Just think if this happens at night when I am in Mississippi or on vacation for instance are you all gonna be open to get me back home??? Noooo I can answer my own question. More
I've have my maintenance done here on my 2021 Hyundai Palisade. I've had the concerige pickup and drop off in the past. My most recent service I brought my vehicle in due to $25 concerige fee that is now Palisade. I've had the concerige pickup and drop off in the past. My most recent service I brought my vehicle in due to $25 concerige fee that is now in place. The service was done while I waited in a timely fashion. I do feel like there should be no fee for the concerige service being I bought a high end Hyundai SUV. Those kind of touches make customers feel appreciated. It also prevented me from having to take time off for routine service to my vehicle. More
I’m I scheduled a service call through the Genesis website. When time came for pickup no one contacted me I called the dealership and Robert told me they do not do service call pick up and delivery. website. I told him no one told me that and I was expecting a pick up as confirmed through the Genesis website. Robert was very helpful and responsive asked me to bring my car in that day at a time convenient to me and he would see to it that it was serviced right away. Robert personally took care of everything. I am impressed with his work to make everything right. But I think you ought to align with Genesis to avoid future problems of this type again. More
